Software Engineer - CTJ - Poly

NucleusTeq is hiring a Software Engineer in Phoenix, AZ (onsite) to help build and support reliable, scalable software applications. This role blends hands-on development with collaboration across engineering teams, with a focus on quality, security, and continuous improvement. What you’ll do

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams on technical solutions
• Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
• Participate in code reviews and software testing
• Document technical processes and development activities
• Follow established software quality and security standards

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with software development and programming languages
• Understanding of software design, debugging, and testing
• Familiarity with version control and development tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation

USD 105,000 - 140,000 per year
