Software Engineer Senior

This onsite, full-time Senior Software Engineer role supports the software engineering lifecycle for THAAD Ground software as part of the TFCC Team. You will contribute with C, C++, or Python expertise within a dynamic, cross-disciplinary setting and alongside opportunities across multiple career levels. A US citizenship plus an active security clearance are required to contribute to this program.

Responsibilities

• Support the software engineering lifecycle in accordance with the program Software Development Plan, including requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis and design, coding and unit testing, integration, and support to formal test and delivery
• Coordinate with Ground Systems groups to ensure successful software implementation
• Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules
• Develop THAAD software within the Ground component as part of the TFCC Team
• Operate effectively in a creative, fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary environment

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university
• Experience working on teams using Agile practices
