DataAnnotation is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - AI Trainer to design coding challenges for AI training, produce clean code with thorough explanations, and evaluate AI generated code, in a remote role based in Kenosha, WI with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and implement a variety of coding tasks used to train AI systems
Write concise, high quality code snippets accompanied by clear explanations
Assess the accuracy, performance, and readability of AI generated code
Deliver actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models

Requirements

English fluency at native or bilingual level
Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift
Strong writing and grammatical capabilities
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred
