Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer opportunity in Lakewood, CO (hybrid remote) supporting structural calculations, analysis, and design for new construction and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for project deliverables
• Conduct structural analyses to support design decisions
• Design structural projects using computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Collaborate with other engineers across project work
• Revise and update project designs as requirements evolve
• Coordinate with clients throughout the design process
• Deliver comprehensive structural engineering solutions for a range of projects, including new construction and renovations

Requirements

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Strong skills in structural analyses and engineering calculations
• Experience with structural analysis and design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, RAM, RISA-3D, Enercalc, or similar tools (preferred)
• Detail-oriented work style with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration
• Experience with tilt-up concrete structures or seismic upgrades is a plus
