What you’ll do
As a Structural Project Engineer, you will design and engineer custom structural systems and fabricated steel assemblies while applying engineering principles, calculations, and applicable codes to support safe and effective designs. The role includes both technical delivery and cross-functional coordination across project management, manufacturing, drafting, and customer-facing teams.
- Perform structural calculations, load analysis, and design validation
- Develop and review 3D models and engineering documentation
- Apply engineering principles and codes to ensure designs meet requirements
- Partner with project management, manufacturing, drafting, and customer-facing teams
- Evaluate design modifications and customer-driven changes
- Support projects from initial release through production
- Participate in occasional field verification and site-related activities in the Greater Milwaukee area
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience performing engineering calculations and design work
- Knowledge of structural principles and applied engineering fundamentals
- Experience with 3D CAD or other engineering design software
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualified candidates may come from backgrounds such as Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with structural analysis experience.
