Systems Integration and Data Engineer

Carolina, PR (onsite) engagement offering an estimated USD 65–139 per hour for an RFP-associated opportunity. This role supports an IT Sourcing Event Template delivery-coverage gap and owns a defined technical workstream from interface definition through mapping, migration/reconciliation, identity integration, and technical acceptance evidence.

Project status is Green - Open, with an apply by October 7, 2026 timeline. Coordination spans multiple project workstreams, supported by structured tracking of scope traceability, risks, decisions, and evidence needed for proposal or post-award delivery readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define interfaces, data mappings, migration, reconciliation, identity integration, error handling, and technical acceptance evidence.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda impacting the workstream, and document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Produce role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issues, decisions, changes, and evidence records, and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience performing Systems Integration and Data Engineer responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to deliver complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
