$145k - $195k/yr Full time Electrical Engineering Senior Engineering

Establish the overall system architecture and specify technical requirements for thermal imaging devices.
Perform trade studies and develop performance budgets covering NETD, MTF, latency, and throughput.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guide roadmap planning and evaluate design trade‑offs.
Lead validation and verification activities to assess performance, reliability, and compliance.
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system‑level challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in embedded systems or sensor‑based product development.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or an equivalent system modeling tool.
Experience with imaging sensors, optical alignment, calibration, or AI‑enhanced imaging.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead in a collaborative environment.
