- Minimum 5 years of embedded software/firmware development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
- Experience with low-light imaging, NIR/IR systems, or high-performance CMOS sensor technologies.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, and FPGA-based systems in real-time environments.
- Proven hardware/software integration and debugging ability with industry-standard tools.
- Extensive knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet.
- Track record of delivering reliable, optimized embedded solutions for power- and performance-constrained systems.
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams within fast-paced settings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
