Job Description

PwC invites an AI Engineer / Data Scientist, AI Manager to lead the development of advanced AI and ML solutions and transform raw data into actionable insights. This role sits within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice and includes project ownership, strategic planning, mentoring, and client account management to deliver client value. The position is onsite in Dallas, TX, with a salary range of USD 99,000 to 297,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and improve business processes
  • Design and optimize algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision making and automation
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision making and business growth
  • Supervise and coach teams to deliver quality work and meet client expectations
  • Analyze and identify linkages and interactions within complex systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Take ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
  • Collaborate with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Encourage skill development beyond comfort zones and mentor team members to deepen their capabilities
  • Address conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience

  • Proven proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning
