AI Software Engineer

Aaniie is hiring an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions for SaaS products. This remote role focuses on shipping scalable, secure features while using AI coding tools daily to speed development and improve code quality. You will work across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance features across the SaaS platform.
• Run a Plan → Build → Review workflow for each feature, using AI assistance throughout while validating outputs before merging.
• Build and maintain API integrations that extend platform capabilities for home care, senior living, and childcare networks.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools on a daily basis to accelerate feature development and reduce debugging time.
• Apply AI as an agent by crafting effective prompts, orchestrating multi-step tasks, and critically reviewing AI-generated code prior to shipping.
• Apply AI across the entire SDLC: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, test generation, code review, and post-deployment maintenance.
• Help define team norms for responsible, high-quality AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment to deliver customer-focused features.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and unit and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack including frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and standards.
• Stay current with evolving AI development tools and bring new approaches to the team.

What you bring

• 1-2 years of professional software development experience.
• Comfort using AI coding tools daily, not occasionally.
• Ability to validate and defend AI-generated code.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Strong command of agile SDLC.
• Professional experience with PHP, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Location: Remote

Pay: USD 76,000 - 103,000 per year
