API Engineer

Lead Liaison offers an onsite API Engineer role in Dallas, TX that centers on building, maintaining, and documenting APIs while enabling client integrations and close collaboration with an engineering team. You will connect a variety of CRM systems to the Lead Liaison API and work with Revenue Performance Specialists to deliver a quality client experience. This position also emphasizes clear documentation, realistic project estimates, and ongoing improvements to internal tools and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to implement custom integrations between multiple CRM platforms and the Lead Liaison API
• Work alongside Revenue Performance Specialists to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Produce thorough and effective API documentation
• Provide accurate timing estimates for projects and tasks
• Partner with other engineers on best practices, code reviews, internal tooling, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher (B.A./B.S./M.S.) with a strong academic record
• Experience with external REST-based web services
• Strong interest in technology or marketing
