Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support call recording, speech analytics, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems for the organization.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners such as NICE to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
  • Perform unit testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and stability.
  • Support the transition of solutions into production, including monitoring and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with call recording platforms, speech analytics solutions, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
  • Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, system configuration, and release management.
  • Experience with NICE platform suite, Windows Server administration, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, web communication protocols, and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
