Requirements
- 8+ years of roadway, highway, traffic engineering
- Civil Engineering degree with PE desired
- OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D desired
- Horizontal and vertical design
- Grading, Drainage
- Traffic control plans
- Full understanding of NY & NJ codes
- Experience with NJDOT, NYCDOT and NYSDOT
