Customer Integration Engineer / C# Developer

Hands-on Customer Integration Engineer and C# Developer responsible for leading customer integration projects from kickoff to go-live, owning the customer relationship, and delivering C#/.NET solutions with a preference for Seattle or Washington, DC locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer integration programs from kickoff through delivery.
• Lead scoping sessions to map customer systems, surface constraints, and define practical integration approaches.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concept implementations, and code samples to unblock customers quickly.
• Assist customers with on-premise installations and guide deployments to Windows Server environments.
• Produce clean, well-documented C# code on the .NET LTS platform with a SQL Server data layer.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and define integration patterns.
• Coordinate with program and project managers to align expectations and milestones.
• Act as the go-to resource for in-depth technical support on customer and on-premise projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional C# development experience with strong .NET fundamentals.
• Ability to own the customer relationship on technical projects, with clear written communication and expectation management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including query optimization, schema design, and data integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based deployment environments.
• Experience supporting on-premise software installations, preferably on Windows Server.
• Ability to translate fuzzy customer requirements into well-scoped technical plans.
