Support C4 system security in Albuquerque, NM with travel across the continental United States.

Implement complex engineering solutions for critical systems, including engineering and implementation of C4 systems and systems/subsystems operations and maintenance
Design, engineer, and implement technologies and interfaces that support operational capabilities for senior leadership and associated facilities
Apply experience with common IT and cybersecurity engineering tools, including ACAS, HBSS, logging systems, and backup systems
Support installation, integration, and testing activities for operations and maintenance of C4 systems
Maintain Configuration Management (CM) and repository upkeep for overall C4 system and subsystem technical data management
Provide system security certification and accreditation support for current systems
Evaluate and coordinate system security activities for computer information system design and total system integration
Consolidate design efforts and conduct independent technical investigations related to system design
Perform site surveys and system security analysis of Operations Centers (OC)
Verify adherence to established system security standards and practices
Work in a team environment

Information Assurance Management Level II certification (IAW DoD 8570.1)
Risk Management Framework (RMF) experience
Experience writing SSPs, RARs, SCTMs, and Test Plans
Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems
Knowledge of VMware
STIG implementation
Xacta & eMASS experience
Knowledge of IC and DoD policies, procedures, and operating instructions related to IT, IA, and IM
5 years experience evaluating proposed engineering changes for security accreditation impacts
Support engineering required to accredit new C4 systems and subsystems

BS/BA in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems
5 years of experience in system security engineering for computer information systems design, development, and integration of communication networks for command and control centers
Active TS/SCI

Pay range: $71,500 - $150,200 per year
Final salary depends on geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior experience, skills and competencies, education, and certifications
