Responsibilities

  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution and help shape large scale planning for related deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require evaluating multiple variable factors.
  • Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and collaborate with others to meet Business Execution deliverables, leveraging understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights for technology, risk, and governance stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using Power Query and ETL methodologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Create and manage user stories, requirements, and development activities within Jira for ServiceNow development.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Experience with GitHub
