Complete room inspections and document repair needs
Install, repair, and replace sheetrock and other wall coverings
Paint designated areas and assigned items
Install and repair basic electrical fixtures, including light switches and receptacles
Replace and install light bulbs and fixtures
Repair furniture as needed
Install, replace, and program televisions
Perform minor plumbing tasks
Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps and complete preventative maintenance on units
Trace and repair water lines of all types
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment
Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records
Perform and maintain work in line with local, state, and Federal codes
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and take action to improve departmental and overall satisfaction
Serve as a bell attendant during staffing shortages or peak check-in/check-out periods
Follow Service Recovery Guidelines
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Complete other duties assigned by management

Variable schedule, which may include holidays and weekends and alternate shifts
Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
