Engineer SR

Lead the engineering work needed to develop and sustain regulated electro-mechanical device designs, processes, and compliance through troubleshooting, testing, and refinement.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting efforts by investigating root causes and driving issues to successful conclusions
• Perform research and testing to resolve engineering problems
• Test device functionality, safety, and effectiveness
• Develop prototypes and conduct testing to confirm designs meet customer needs and regulatory standards
• Create detailed electrical drawings
• Document design processes and record test results
• Execute the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process in line with design change regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Foundation in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience developing and sustaining regulated electro-mechanical device design and processes

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain the design and processes for regulated electro-mechanical devices
• Ensure devices align with customer needs, design requirements, and regulatory standards
• Contribute directly to troubleshooting, testing, and refining product designs

Location: Sturtevant, WI (onsite)

Compensation: USD 80 - 85 per hourly
