FAE / ICT Test Engineer/Assistants

SYD Precision Manufacturing LLC is seeking FAE / ICT Test Engineer (Assistant) candidates based in Hayward, CA. The role involves support work that relies on strong fundamentals in both digital and analog circuits, along with fluency in Mandarin and the ability to communicate in Chinese and English for testing-related activities.

Role Overview

The position is open to fresh graduates or experienced electrical engineering professionals with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be able to work in the USA legally and demonstrate familiarity with circuit diagram analysis. Systematic training in China will be provided, and the role may include domestic and international business travel.

Location and Work Mode

• Location: Hayward, CA
• Work style: Onsite (in person)

Salary

• Compensation: USD 55,000 to 80,000 per year

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Educational background in an electronic-related major (examples: Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Communication Engineering)
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluency in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Familiar with circuit diagram analysis
• Solid theoretical foundation in digital and analog circuits
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Ability to accept domestic and international business trips
• Willingness to complete systematic training in China
• Ability to legally work in the USA
