Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support and technical guidance to engineers and contractors
• Perform take-offs and prepare material quotes for contractors
• Track project progress and maintain follow-up actions
• Engage with the engineering community through participation in groups and technical committees
• Work with sales to identify value engineering opportunities where helical piles or anchors are viable alternatives
• Assemble material submittal packages for customers
• Identify potential customers visiting the website and conduct follow-ups
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and satisfy customer expectations
• Pursue ongoing learning to become a subject matter expert for both internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural engineering, or demonstrated equivalent
• EIT or PE certification preferred but not required
• 5+ years of Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural engineering experience
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and basic CAD
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver solid customer service
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting as well as work independently
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and patiently with empathy
