Generative AI Software Engineer

This hybrid role focuses on building generative and agentic AI software that turns prompts into working code, pipelines, and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications that generate code, pipelines, and web applications automatically using generative and agentic AI
• Improve operations and customer experience by integrating generative AI solutions that drive efficiency
• Use software design principles and common patterns to produce clean, maintainable, scalable code
• Apply unit testing frameworks to support code quality and reliability
• Experiment with and implement LLM agentic technologies to expand application capabilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to accelerate adoption of AI-powered tools
• Implement generative AI solutions in alignment with organizational AI Policies
• Conduct R&D to explore new AI techniques and future technologies including blockchain and quantum computing
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models with focus on performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; or 8 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with generative AI implementations
• 6–8 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong understanding of Python and ability to quickly learn new frameworks
• Experience building agents in Bedrock

• Strong programming skills in Python, React, Angular
• Experience with AWS cloud platform and services

• Strong interest in continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
