GTM Data Analytics Engineer

Together AI is hiring an GTM Data Analytics Engineer to support the Revenue Operations team in building reliable reporting and data infrastructure for go-to-market, finance, and product stakeholders. This onsite role in San Francisco, CA focuses on practical analytics work today, with a clear growth path into dbt models in Snowflake. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep business metrics consistent, trustworthy, and easy to use.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that primarily serve GTM stakeholders, while supporting additional use by Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams; contribute to deep-dive analysis on business performance and trends.
• Pull and analyze data from key systems including Salesforce, Amplitude, production systems, and billing to fulfill reporting needs and ad hoc requests.
• Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data, with a focus on correctness and efficiency.
• Build foundational SQL and business knowledge, then grow into contributing to dbt models in Snowflake by following established dimensional modeling standards.
• Collaborate with GTM, Finance, and Product stakeholders to understand data requirements and maintain consistent reporting and definitions.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI, or Analytics Engineering role.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex, multi-step queries with joins and aggregations; experience with dbt and/or Python is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred) and BI tools such as Hex and Metabase.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by location, level, and role, and individual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
