The Senior IT Technical Support Engineer will lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives, with a focus on M&A integrations and clinical technology environments. The position carries a pay range of $47.50 to $71.25 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Enforces architecture standards and governance, contributing input to corporate policies
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements
- Consults to improve work processes and address information system or operational inefficiencies
- Implements established device security standards and oversees end-point devices including desktop, mobile, and print
- Provides senior-level consulting to end users for solution requirements and escalates for complex device or application selections as needed
- Oversees adherence to change control processes, provides guidance to team members, participates in enterprise change control, and documents architecture and design decisions
- Facilitates proactive communication among technical teams to maintain alignment and transparency
- Monitors and analyzes the environment to prevent issues and identifies improvement opportunities
- Analyzes data to identify systemic risks and collaborates with engineering to develop corrective action plans
- Guides technicians in software deployment using defined processes and serves as a resource for addressing environment deficiencies
- Provides escalation for the most technically complex issues and manages incidents to meet service levels
- Leads project planning and execution, coordinates team activities, and communicates status to stakeholders
- Supports and documents fleet management, technical operations, and site technology training to maintain competency
- Develops and documents coding or scripting to meet operational imperatives and applies DevOps practices
- Serves as a technical expert across HIT Support Services and collaborates with site leadership to capture new needs and adoption barriers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Information Technology or a related field
- Typically five years of experience in a complex IT environment involving system design, installation, and support
- Ability to understand complex requirements and integrate multi-platform applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of a range of hardware platforms, architectures, and operating systems
- Strong project planning and management capabilities
- Experience with automated software deployment and device management tools
- Application programming and scripting, DevOps practices, and database administration
- Active Directory experience including group policy creation and administration, plus user and device management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools
