Lead Data Engineer

Genpact LLC is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to support analytics and problem solving for DVIC-related activities, with a focus on clear outcomes, organized execution, and strong stakeholder communication. The role is based in Jacksonville, FL with onsite expectations, and includes hands-on ownership of day-to-day analytics priorities and deliverables with minimal oversight.

In this position, you will investigate complex business questions, strengthen analytics capabilities across platforms, and deliver executive-level reporting that translates data into actionable insights and recommended actions. You will also provide consistent visibility to leadership on progress, risks, upcoming milestones, and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to investigate complex business questions, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics across web and mobile app platforms, including implementation and tagging support, requirements development, data validation and quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Develop recurring executive-level reporting and presentations that clearly communicate performance, key insights, business implications, and recommended actions.
• Use excellent verbal and written communication to understand business needs, simplify complex concepts, and engage technical and business leaders confidently.
• Proactively manage day-to-day DVIC analytics activities, priorities, and deliverables, providing leadership with consistent updates on progress, risks, upcoming milestones, and next steps.
• Operate as a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter by translating broad objectives into structured plans, taking initiative, and independently delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.

Compensation: USD 60,000 - 75,000 per yearly.
