ODL, Inc. is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Developer β Integrations Engineer to join our on-site team in Zeeland, Michigan. This role designs, builds, and sustains enterprise integrations across ODL Oracle Cloud Applications and external systems, delivering secure and scalable end-to-end solutions with Oracle Integration Cloud and related technologies. You will collaborate across functions to translate business needs into robust integration architectures that remain stable through upgrades and evolving requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud to support integrations within the ODL application landscape.
- Manage security settings and configuration within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Self-manage priorities, tasks, and small projects with independence and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather information and assess goals, complexity, feasibility, resources, cost, and timelines.
- Design, develop, implement, and monitor integration solutions.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud application integrations.
- Define and apply best practices to ensure upgrade and release compatibility of integrations.
- Identify risks and opportunities in existing integrations and develop solutions to improve stability, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Ensure development deliverables meet quality standards through proven testing methodologies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, patches, and new features.
- Build and maintain Oracle Integration roadmaps with high quality and on-time execution.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and recommend opportunities from the vendor ecosystem.
- Provide training and mentorship, guiding based on project requirements and best practices; coordinate with external partners when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) β Preferred.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on data integration, data processing, data quality, data migration, and data governance.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Experience with Oracle tools and technologies such as VBCS, BIP, OTBI, CMK, ADW, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON.
- Knowledgeable with EDI.
- Experience with multiple systems in the Oracle Cloud Application Suite (Preferred: ERP, SCM, OTM, WMS, OCC, CPQ, FDI, EPM).
- Experience with GIT, Jenkins or similar tools.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of independently leading solutions and developing roadmaps.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
