Machine Learning Engineer

Adidev Technologies Inc is hiring a Jr-Mid Machine Learning Engineer with an emphasis on Generative AI to design, deploy, and improve ML systems from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Architect, refine, and optimize sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms, turning complex datasets into actionable outputs.
• Own data modeling projects across the full lifecycle, from business requirements through deployment and ongoing monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis, including preprocessing and feature engineering, and apply Generative AI algorithms for novel solution development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Generative AI models into offerings and improve product capabilities and user experiences.
• Use advanced analytical approaches on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Execute data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm optimization to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to extract insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Stay current on ML trends and implement best practices and tools, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements with a focus on ethical AI.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and/or other AI domains.
• Demonstrable experience using Generative AI models and frameworks, including GANs or Transformers, in industry settings.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong foundational understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Capability to develop and implement cutting-edge ML models with a focus on Generative AI use cases such as text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI.
• Ability to stay ahead of AI research, especially Generative AI, and apply new findings to project execution.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Background in cloud computing and big data platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, with hands-on experience using cloud-based ML services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps for AI, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Experience facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices in AI/ML with an emphasis on Generative AI within the team.
• Ensure implementations follow ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
