Job Description

Based in Miami, onsite, this role offers a clear path to influence client outcomes through strategic data engineering leadership. You will guide projects and client engagements within PwC's Managed Services Data & Analytics practice, focusing on strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and delivering analytics-driven solutions to optimize performance. The compensation range is USD 99,000 to 232,000 per year, with an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data engineering initiatives to deliver strategic insights and drive client performance through ETL and ELT integration.
  • Design and implement innovative data solutions using advanced analytics techniques, including DataStage.
  • Manage and mentor teams to build skills and deliver high-quality client services, with a focus on pipeline architecture.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools and cloud analytics platforms to enhance data-driven decision making, including AWS and Redshift.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support analytics initiatives, using DB2 and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data utilization and process improvements, employing GoldenGate and CDC.
  • Oversee the deployment of scalable data visualization and reporting solutions, with attention to performance tuning.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies across data and analytics teams, including S3 and Glue.
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards in line with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree
