What you will do

  • Conduct experiments and tests on materials to evaluate properties, performance, and durability
  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop new materials and improve existing formulations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all materials testing and analysis
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and equipment to assess material characteristics
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, tests, and results in accordance with laboratory protocols
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in materials science and engineering

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a materials lab or similar environment
  • Solid understanding of material properties, testing methods, and analysis techniques
  • Experience with materials characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD, FTIR)
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
