Senior Design Engineer

Work in Potomac, Maryland with a role that gives you real ownership across the full lifecycle of complex electronic and semiconductor products. This 100% onsite Senior Design Engineer position supports your growth on a senior team of approximately 12–14 engineers, Monday–Friday, while you collaborate from early design through verification, testing, manufacturing, and production. You will also benefit from a compensation package that includes USD 140,000 to 180,000 per year, along with annual bonus and a benefits program designed to support you and your family.

What you’ll own

• Take ownership across the full development lifecycle of complex electronic and semiconductor products
• Apply your background to work on custom silicon / ASIC / semiconductor development or high-performance PCB design
• Contribute within a senior engineering team (~12–14 engineers) on a Monday–Friday schedule with 100% onsite presence

How the work flows

Depending on your technical foundation, the role includes exposure through the full path from design through verification and testing, as well as lab boards, manufacturing, and production. You will support development decisions across hardware and verification activities tied to delivering high-reliability electronic and semiconductor products.

What you bring

• Senior Design Engineer experience with PCB, electronics, custom silicon, ASIC, SoC, IC, or semiconductor design
• Strong design experience with exposure to testing, verification, manufacturing, or the broader product development lifecycle
• Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other high-reliability electronics environments is advantageous

Tools and technical focus

Common technologies include RTL, EDA, Altium, Allegro, Cadence, High Speed PCB, Mixed Signal, Signal Integrity, BGA, Schematics, Verification, and Testing.
