Job Description

Responsibilities
- Act as MEP Project Leader for multi-discipline engineers and designers.
- Manage complex MEP projects across industries including Commercial, Medical, Biotech, Education, Transportation, and more.
- Lead innovative and complex electrical system design efforts.
- Meet with and consult clients to support project outcomes.
- Provide guidance to design staff to maintain quality and alignment across deliverables.
- Support overall project management to align with MEP team leaders.
Requirements
- BSEE
- 10+ years of experience in MEP design/consulting
- Team leadership or management experience
- Project Management experience in the MEP space
- High-energy client services skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Complete understanding of building codes
- Thorough knowledge of design systems
- Experience with 3D modeling in Revit and AutoCAD
