Job Description
Experis is seeking a Senior Email Security Engineer for a financial services organization. This onsite role in New York, NY supports the cybersecurity and email security initiatives within the Security Engineering Department.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance email security controls across the enterprise environment.
- Perform complex development work related to email security solutions and provide recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project delivery and resolve technical issues.
- Document procedures, system flows, and technical specifications for team reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support out of hours incident response and troubleshooting on a rotational basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in email security and related engineering roles.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft email platforms including Exchange Online/M365 and Exchange 2016/2019.
- Strong knowledge of email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-Spam, and Anti-Malware.
- Experience with management and scripting in PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, and Load Balancers.
