Job Description
Olsson is seeking a Senior Engineer for Site Design to provide technical leadership on complex site development projects in Phoenix, AZ, with onsite work. This role includes the potential for project management duties and mentoring responsibilities as part of delivering high-quality engineering solutions that positively impact communities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead engineer on intricate site design projects, delivering high-level technical concepts and solutions.
- Enhance the technical capability of the team through mentoring and training on design approaches.
- Directly oversee the assembly and coordination of technical resources for projects.
- Possibly supervise engineers and technical staff.
- Review contract documents with administrative support to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Promote efficiencies in producing quality work across project deliverables.
- Maintain rigorous quality control and thorough checks of project plans.
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of work and accountability for outcomes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Eight or more years of engineering experience.
