Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java/React)

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java/React) to support mission-critical cybersecurity manager applications for the Encryptor Manager. This role operates within a cross-functional environment and requires a DoD Secret clearance at the time of hire, with fully on-site work in Taunton, MA.

Role Overview

As an Advanced Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of mission-critical Cybersecurity Manager Applications for a rapidly expanding product line centered on Encryptor Manager capabilities. The work focuses on application development using current tools and technologies, supporting a team delivering secure, production-oriented software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of a cross-functional team building Encryptor Manager capabilities through mission-critical cybersecurity manager application development.
• Engage in application development using the latest tools and technologies to support a rapidly growing product line.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• Selected applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within company facilities.

• Experience with Hibernate and Spring toolkit.

Additional “Nice to Have”

• Experience with the Wildfly Application Web Server.
• Experience working with REST APIs and RESTCONF Interfaces.
• Experience using Material UI.
• Experience developing application code using security principles.
• Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificate usage.
• Working knowledge of SNMP.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary: USD 136,837 - 145,000.
