Support AI solutions delivery as a contract Software Engineer 4 (Contingent) in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks to streamline workflows and speed delivery.
• Develop enterprise full-stack applications for AI-powered experiences and reusable AI capabilities.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks to enable intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities with measurable business impact.
• Drive scalability, security, performance, and technical excellence across AI and automation solutions, including rapid prototyping and deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years developing enterprise web applications with strong skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, adjust to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
