Software Engineer 4 - Contingent

Experis is hiring a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent in Columbus, OH to support AI solutions and automation initiatives. This contract role focuses on delivering multi-agent AI orchestration, enterprise full-stack applications, and Generative AI capabilities in partnership with product and engineering teams.

Role Focus

In this position, you will build and evolve platforms that streamline workflows and help accelerate delivery. You will also prototype, deploy, and iteratively improve AI solutions with attention to scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance a multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks that streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications to support AI-powered experiences.
• Implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and reusable AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities with strong technical execution.
• Prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years developing enterprise web applications, with strong proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years building Generative AI applications, including experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions that can be reused across teams.
• 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Agile and self-starter mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
