Software Engineer III

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Software Engineer III to support the LE2 Program for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) on the FBM program. In this onsite role based in Englewood, CO, you will collaborate with software, systems, electrical and test engineers within an Agile environment to modernize EGSE capabilities and enable future FBM functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide software engineering support for the EGSE organization on the FBM program.
• Lead modernization efforts to enhance efficiency, security, automation, and scalability of EGSE capabilities.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of software, systems, electrical, and test engineers in an Agile development framework.
• Liaise with the product line manager and directorates to align on program needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as C/C++, LabVIEW, Python, Java, or TestStand.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance; US citizenship is required.

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $93,200 to $164,450.

Schedule

9x80 schedule with every other Friday off. Onsite full-time work.
