Job Description
On-site Software Engineer, R&D in Santa Rosa, CA, responsible for designing and implementing software-driven manufacturing test processes for new products, including time-domain measurements with the Keysight N1000A.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement software manufacturing test processes that exercise features of new products entering the market.
- Develop familiarity with theory and practical applications of time-domain measurements using the Keysight N1000A, sampling diode, and Optical to Electrical converter (OE).
- Leverage software design expertise to create manufacturing test solutions using different types of pulse lasers and trigger frequencies.
Requirements
- Experience with object‑oriented programming languages, with C++, C#, or Java preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Educational background: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
