Compensation
USD 150,000 - 250,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Guide the end-to-end design and integration of integrated photonics products with a focus on optical packaging and reliable performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize modulators and optoelectronic components for diverse applications.
- Perform high-speed RF design and analysis to support product development and system integration.
- Apply thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) technology in product work and implement best practices for manufacturing and integration.
- Lead product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Work with manufacturing teams to streamline production processes and maintain high-quality output.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated photonics product development and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of integrated photonics, optical packaging, and photonics product development processes.
- Experience with modulators, optoelectronics, and thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) technology.
- Proficiency in high-speed RF design and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
