Job Description
The Sr IT Identity Security Engineer (CyberArk) role at CNO Financial Group is based in Carmel, IN with remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, deploy, and sustain identity security technologies with CyberArk at the core.
- Contribute to projects by analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing security solutions that protect information assets while enabling business needs.
- Operate security software and hardware to identify and troubleshoot issues affecting identity security tools, providing 2nd and 3rd tier operational support.
- Offer identity security expertise and guidance to internal IT teams, business system owners, and other stakeholders.
- Manage product and solution lifecycles to ensure capacity, integrity, and availability of security systems.
- Align technologies with the information security framework and the identity automation program strategy.
- Ensure new and existing identity products comply with security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Research emerging technologies to support enterprise operations and security posture.
- Assess new and existing system designs for adherence to security standards and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately five years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical discipline (infrastructure, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management products.
- Strong knowledge of identity management products and privileged access solutions.
