Sr. Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate as a senior technical expert under general direction to guide work and decision making
• Contribute to the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software
• Implement enhancements to existing software used by third-party customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze software issues and identify root causes
• Define technical specifications and deliver effective, robust solutions
• Address customer concerns and resolve software related problems
• Recommend improvements and enhancements based on analysis and feedback
• Support the creation of user documentation to aid adoption and usage
