DataAnnotation seeks a Staff Software Engineer focused on AI training to design and evaluate coding problems used for AI model development. This contract role offers remote work options and a flexible schedule, with base activity centered in Yonkers, NY.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a diverse set of coding problems that feed AI system training.
Produce clear, high quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
Assess AI generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
Provide feedback that informs the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
