Transportation Engineer 9-12 (Staff Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction administration tasks for transportation projects.
• Oversee maintenance administration related to program delivery and asset upkeep.
• Engage in traffic and safety engineering activities to support planning and operations.
• Review utility coordination and right of way permits to ensure compliance with project plans.
• Prepare design plans and related documentation for transportation initiatives.
• Assist the Construction Engineer in developing and delivering all aspects of the transportation program in these areas.
• Perform field inspections and reviews as part of project oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Minimum three years of professional engineering experience in transportation systems and programs, including one year equivalent to Transportation Engineer P11.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain it throughout employment in the position.
