Unqork Developer / Unqork Engineer (Low Code / No Code)

This role centers on delivering scalable Unqork based digital workflows for a broad partner network, overseeing end-to-end delivery, guiding client stakeholders, collaborating on architecture, and driving Agile execution.

Responsibilities

• End to End Delivery: Build, configure, and extend applications on the Unqork platform, owning feature delivery from technical design through to a successful launch. Identify opportunities and design solutions that enhance customer adoption.
• Client Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours, managing expectations and communicating with senior client leadership in a professional manner.
• Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with the Architect to implement designs and architectural decisions, proactively escalating risks or blockers while ensuring solutions align with scalable Backend-for-Frontend and proxy architectures.
• Global Team Coordination: Coordinate with distributed offshore team members across multiple time zones, providing essential context, guidance, and thorough code and configuration reviews.
• Agile Execution and Documentation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning, contributing to technical artifacts and knowledge transfer materials to support long term project sustainability.

Requirements

• Ability to work during standard US business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of overall technical experience with a strong hybrid background.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically working on Unqork projects.
• Unqork Certification is required.
• Experience with Dynamic Refresh, session or browser data storage, post lazy-load user data storage, API integration, SendGrid, DocuSign, SFTP integration, and SSO.
• Solid understanding of REST API integration patterns and strong frontend skills including HTML/CSS with media queries.
• High proficiency in English to interact with a globally distributed development team.
• Ability to articulate architecture and technical details clearly to clients using appropriate technical language.
• Natural leadership with strong reasoning and decision-making abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Mentorship and thought leadership across engineers and decision-makers within the organization.
