Urban Mobility Engineer

This hybrid role centers on designing and delivering mobility-focused urban roadways, trails, and infrastructure that balance the needs of pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. Responsibilities

• Lead and support design for urban roadways, trails, and mobility-focused infrastructure.
• Manage or assist with multidisciplinary project teams and deliverables.
• Mentor staff in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
• Assist in business development and client relationship building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in urban infrastructure or transportation design.
• Proficiency in MicroStation OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Engineering license or intent to obtain licensure.
• Interest in innovative, community-focused urban mobility solutions.
