Job Description

Blupace is seeking a Field Support Engineer (FSO) – L2 to deliver onsite IT support at the Lamb Weston facility in Kennewick, Washington. This contract role centers on desktop support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting across enterprise IT environments, delivering hands-on assistance to end users in both corporate offices and plant settings. The successful candidate will perform imaging and deployment tasks, handle incidents through ServiceNow, and participate in after-hours coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site L2 support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Perform device imaging, deployment, and endpoint management using SCCM and Intune.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and networking issues.
Coordinate and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
Support users across corporate office and plant environments.
Participate in on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as required.

Requirements

3–5+ years of Desktop Support, Field Support, or EUC experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows, SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
Basic LAN and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer‑focused support abilities.
