Agentic AI Engineer

Join an onsite Technology Consultant team in Austin to deliver end-to-end software development work across SDLC, with a focus on stability, quality, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support requirements elicitation by documenting assigned portions of business requirements following provided guidance
• Participate in application design discussions and capture design decisions to help the technical team build software solutions
• Write code and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with an emphasis on maintaining system stability
• Perform code reviews, apply code changes, and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyze test results, and coordinate bug fixes to meet software quality standards
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support adoption of new software applications
• Work on production issue resolution and propose preventive strategies to improve system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing approaches, and support activities to strengthen the knowledge base and support similar projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end SDLC phases from requirement gathering through implementation
• Capability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks
• Strong interest in software design along with hands-on coding experience
