Analytics Engineer
Job Description
Gamescape is hiring an Analytics Engineer in San Francisco, CA (onsite) to help turn raw data into trustworthy datasets and business insights. This role focuses on building analytics-ready infrastructure, strengthening reporting workflows, and partnering across technical and business teams to improve how information is used.
Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 per year.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain analytics-ready data models
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines
- Validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Create dependable datasets for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Document data processes and continuously improve analytics workflows
What you’ll bring
- Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
- Familiarity with Python and data transformation tools
- Knowledge of data warehouses and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
