Responsibilities
- Participate in a cross-shore development team
- Influence and collaborate to create amazing API’s
- Participate in Agile scrums with cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile sprints including planning, daily standups, backlog grooming sessions and reviews
- Analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause and implement fixes
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience with application development using Java, Spring, Spring Boot
- Building and consuming web services via SOAP and REST
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Overview
Location: Stamford, Connecticut; Alpharetta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina
Salary: 75,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD Annual
Our way of working
We offer flexibility with the option to work from home near a hub or in one of our offices. In-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events, are conducted at your nearest hub. Travel may be required for certain partner-driven needs in select roles.
Eligibility requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
- New hires (Levels 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this time-in-position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum of 6 months in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees at Level 8 or greater must have at least 18 months in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager
