Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and validate control systems for custom automation equipment
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robots, and motion control components
• Draft electrical layouts and detailed schematics using CAD tools
• Integrate sensors, pneumatics, and vision systems into automation solutions
• Coordinate with mechanical engineering, project teams, and fabrication groups to align on requirements and delivery
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Assist with on‑site debugging and system startups as needed, with travel around 15%

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with electrical design software, PLCs, HMIs, robots, motion control, pneumatics, and vision systems
• Proven ability to produce electrical layouts and detailed schematics using CAD tools
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and coordinate solutions
• Team‑oriented mindset with a professional presence focused on quality and customer satisfaction
• High standard of integrity and creative problem‑solving abilities
• Four‑year engineering degree
