You will design and engineer building automation control system hardware and software for HVAC projects, while managing project scope, performance analysis, documentation, budgeting, and coordination with customers and subcontractors. Responsibilities

• Complete control system overall design responsibility
• Control programming and graphic development
• Manage the start up of control and HVAC systems
• Manage the commissioning of control and HVAC systems
• Record and update drawings and software modifications
• Engineer field changes, maintain as-build documentation
• Develop and conduct Owner training
• Provide project management tasks (job plans, labor planning/scheduling, fiscal analysis, etc)
• Material ordering/coordination
• Foreign Protocol Integration coordination and execution
• Manage time to complete assignments on time and within budget
• Maintain -06A Electrical Card

• Strong interactive and communication skills
• Management of technicians and subcontractors
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
• Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• ACAD skills
• Engineering undergraduate degree
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer programming experience
• HVAC and/or Mechanical system experience
